In the first year after his birth in Birmingham, Ala., Chuck’s parents moved their family to Clearwater, and Tampa Bay has remained his home ever since!
Throughout his personal and professional life, Chuck has been afforded a myriad of opportunities to cultivate relationships by meeting and engaging with members of his community as a neighbor, a volunteer, a colleague, a counselor, and a friend. This is what he truly loves most about Trinity.
“The people of this area are great. We have a wonderful community full of caring and compassionate people who continually strive to make Trinity a better place to live,” he explained.
Ironically, “honest, caring and compassionate” are the same adjectives used to describe Chuck!
Among the wonderful people in his life are his wife of 25 years, Diane, and their two daughters, Lindsay (20), a college student at Florida State University, and Savannah (16), a high school sophomore.
Thanks to his own successful law practice, Chuck is afforded enough freedom and flexibility to spend sufficient time with each of his clients, as well as precious quality time with his beloved family and friends.
Striking balance between his professional and personal life allows him to be an attentive husband and father, as well as the dedicated attorney his clients require.
“I thoroughly enjoy meeting and helping people,” Chuck admits, “and my law practice fulfills this desire both through the clients I represent and through the groups to which I belong on behalf of my practice.”
Those groups include, but are not limited to, Trinity Rotary, Trinity Business Association, All Children’s Hospital Development Council, and Bay Area Pregnancy Center. As an active member of all these groups, Chuck consistently demonstrates honesty, caring, and compassion, and vehemently follows the Rotary mantra: “Service before Self.”
It is in this spirit of service Chuck studied Criminal Justice at the University of South Florida in 1985, where he earned his undergraduate degree. He completed his law degree at Stetson College of Law in St. Petersburg in 1987, and he has since channeled his passion for helping others through his practice as a personal injury attorney.
When he is not practicing law or participating in one of his service organizations, Chuck enjoys spending time with his family and friends, fishing, spinning, walking on the beach, and traveling.
Chuck expressed, “I would like to thank all of the wonderful people who have supported us throughout the New Port Richey and Trinity areas, who have made our office the success it has been, and more importantly, enriched our lives in the process.”
Moreover, in an effort to show his appreciation for the trust his clients have placed in he and his firm, Chuck regularly hosts raffles and awards that include restaurant gift cards and tickets to local concerts and sporting events. Plus, he offers free consultations and delivers a promise that his clients are not charged legal fees unless there is a recovery in their case.
